From today, users can pick from a range of new colour schemes to go along with the initial “material dark” and “material light” pre-existing options.
The new choices include options in red, blue, green, and pink to spice up your typing experience – or you can even upload one of your favorite pictures to act as a background.

The upgrade is available for all versions of Android, and will now even support the preview versions of Android N, Google’s latest mobile software.
Set for release later this year, Android Nougat promises a raft of software improvements for users.
Android phones will now also support split-screen apps, so two apps will now be able to run side by side or one above the other, much like Apple’s existing iOS feature.
Also included in the new release is better support for virtual reality games and apps, linking in to Google’s new Daydream VR headset, and a new night mode which will cut down on harmful light when using your phone late at night.
