Few weeks ago, Apple released an iPad Pro ad that talked about ‘What’s a computer’, and boasting all the things that the tablet could do as a replacement for computers. Now, to make things interesting, Microsoft’s Cortana has stepped up to answer ‘What’s a computer’ in a hilarious Surface Pro 4 ad, and contest Apple’s claims of iPad Pro being a computer replacement. The ad looks like a slapstick comedy between Siri and Cortana!
The ad begins with iPad Pro hosting a party for getting a keyboard and turning into a computer, while Cortana steps in and asks Siri a handful of questions about how and why it calls itself a computer. However, to all those questions all Siri has to say is that ‘it has a new keyboard’.
Cortana’s interrogation of Siri about iPad Pro really causes some third-degree burns onApple. This thirty second video is a real delight to watch.
Also, below is the original video launched by Apple on August 1, based in whichMicrosoft made this mockery ad on.
This isn’t the first time that Microsoft bashed an Apple product with a comparison with it’s on competing device. This has been going on since the Windows 8 days in 2013. Microsoft recruited Siri to bad-mouth the iPad in a Windows 8 tablet ad. Watch the video here.
