Dennis Tissington allegedly attacked Damian Dallyn’s car in a landscaping dispute.
Tissington has now been charged with criminal mischief after being reported to Mounties.
Dallyn claimed that he stopped his car to have a ‘civil conversation about money’ with one of Tissington’s relatives.
But then Tissington turned up with a baton saying ‘you’re gonna be in f***ing hospital if you don’t get out of here.’
