BUILD 2016 pretty much put a stop to the all the builds that used to come out like clockwork, but there are signs that Windows 10 Mobile build 10586.218 could be here this week.
As a cumulative update, though.
That said, there is no confirmation that this is indeed the next build that Insiders will receive.
We got some leaked screenshots yesterday showing this version in action, and a now a new video is here highlighting some of the changes that might be coming to the mobile operating system.
As this version is from the 10586 branch, chances are that this build will likely focus primarily on bug fixes and performance improvements — meaning few new features, if any.
So in terms of bug fixes, looks like Microsoft has fixed a few of the issues that users had reported in previous versions, including the problems they encountered when downloading maps. General performance seems to be up, and live tiles appear to be refreshing correctly now.
The above clip is in Polish, which makes it difficult to know all that is new in this version, but performance enhancements and bug fixes are evident enough.
Again, Redmond has not said that this is the version that will be rolled out for Insiders and other users, but we should find out the full details if this build makes its way out in the next couple of days.
